Shailly Agnihotri was recently selected as a Project Involve Honoree with the Independent Feature Project/IFP. “Three Soldiers” is fiscally sponsored by Women Make Movies.

Ms. Agnihotri previously completed several short films including “The Bride Wears Red,” the jury winner of the Kodak award at the New School Invitational Festival, which screened at several festivals and was broadcast on public television.

Ms. Agnihotri was born in India and moved to Louisiana when she was eight years old.  She now lives in New York City with her husband and two beautiful children. She practices law as a public defender in New York City. She is a graduate of Tulane Law School (J.D.) and Georgetown University Law Center (LL.M.)(Prettyman Fellow).
